Job Description
This is a permanent full-time position for a skilled and versatile maintenance skilled to join the team at Eleebana Shores, a premium retirement community. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards, ensuring residents enjoy a safe, functional and well-presented community.

Key responsibilities

Respond to resident maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner
n
Conduct routine inspections of village buildings, facilities, and infrastructure
n
Plan and carry out preventative maintenance
n
Engage and manage external trades and services
n
Advise on and assist with refurbishment works when required
n
Contribute to asset management planning and assist in identifying opportunities for asset improvement and lifecycle replacement
n
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order updates
n
Exterior cleaning, including pressure washing and home detailing
n
Routine equipment care and maintenance
n
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures while actively promoting a safe and healthy work environment
n

About you
n
n
Practical experience in construction trades, building maintenance and asset management
n
The flexibility to work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously
n
Basic digital literacy, including the ability to use a mobile app to receive and complete work orders
n




The ability to safely perform the inherent physical requirements of the role, including manual handling and outdoor work activities
n
A current C-Class Driver's Licence
n
Australian citizenship or unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card) – desirable
n
Working at Heights Permit – desirable
n
Current Police Check – must have or be willing to obtain
n
First Aid Certificate – must have or be willing to obtain
n
