As we scale, we're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team full time in our Sydney office — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep experience, particularly with PHP.

You'll work side-by-side with a cross-functional team of developers, brokers, product leaders, and marketing pros. We're an ideas-led, solutions-focused workplace, and we want someone who's ready to lead by example and contribute meaningfully to our technical direction.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Lead and contribute to feature development across backend and frontend systems.
n
Work across multiple codebases, making architectural decisions that support scalability and performance.
n
Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to build and refine features.
n




Solve complex bugs and implement efficient, reliable fixes.
n
Guide and mentor mid-level and junior developers.
n
Contribute to code reviews and assist with AWS infrastructure where needed
n
Drive technical discussions and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
n
Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, documentation, and observability.
n
What We're Looking For
n
5+ year of full stack development experience
n
Strong experience with React (TypeScript preferred), and Next.js.
n
Skilled in Node.js and backend development best practices.
n
Experience working with MongoDB.
n
Experience working with AWS infrastructure
n
Proven ability to integrate and work with 3rd-party APIs.
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
