About the Role

Lead the day‐to‐day operations of a large service
n
Support, mentor, and inspire a close‐kniet team of educators
n
Build warm, professional relationships with families
n
Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
n
Work in partnership with supportive, engaged owners
n

About You
n
n
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
n
Prior experience as a Director of a large centre
n




Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
A genuine passion for high‐quality early childhood education
n
Ability to lead with warmth, professionalism, and positivity
n
