We are seeking a motivated and organised
Property Management Associate
to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long‐term career Realestate with one of Australia's most recognised real estate brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the property management team with day-to-day tasks
Conducting routine inspections and open homes
Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with landlords and tenants
Learning how to prepare lease agreements and property condition reports




Managing enquiries and assisting with tenant applicationsUsing LJ Hooker's CRM systems to maintain accurate records
Developing strong customer service and communication skills
What We're Looking For:
Enthusiastic and eager to learn
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A team player with a customer‐first attitude
Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
A reliable vehicle and the ability to work Saturdays
Experience is preferred, however, if you don't know real estate that's ok because we'll teach you, but you must have determination, a solid customer focus and the drive to succeed. Must have own reliable vehicle. Must be able to work Saturdays.
