Production Operator - Permanent Day Shift

Working as part of the Production team, you will manufacture batches of epoxy adhesive products while following established production procedures, safety requirements and quality standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, operating machinery, working as part of a team and taking pride in producing quality products.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Operating mixing, blending and filling machinery
n
Accurately weighing, measuring and loading raw materials
n
Following batch sheets, production instructions and SOPs
n
Monitoring production processes and completing quality checks
n
Completing production records, labels and other required documentation
n
Operating a forklift to safely move raw materials and finished products
n
Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas
n
Following all WHS, chemical handling and PPE requirements
n

About you
n
n
A current HRW forklift licence is essential
n
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work or a similar hands-on environment preferred
n
Good mechanical aptitude and confidence working around machinery
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions
n
Ability to perform manual handling and physical production tasks
n




Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
n
A strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to quality
n
A genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills

Permanent full-time position Day Shift - Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Starting salary $***** per hour (base $75,000) + superannuation + annual leave loading
