Job Description
Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking a Family & Community Support Practitioner for Hummingbird House. In this part time role (30 hours/week) you will provide psychosocial and emotional support to children and families facing serious illness, end-of-life care and bereavement, within a multidisciplinary team and family-centred care framework.
