We're seeking an experienced KDRB & Custom Homes Site Supervisor for sites across South Brisbane - Inner City who is looking for their next challenge and the prospect to further develop their skills while contributing to an exciting phase of growth at Bold Living.

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, KDRB and Custom homes with a clear point of difference in the market, while working alongside an experienced construction and Head Office team that is committed to supporting you and your success.

Our experienced Head Office team and dedicated construction support teams manage client communication and the administrative side of the build, keeping you informed and ensuring you have the support you need.
n

Programming and scheduling

Trade coordination

Site safety and compliance

Delivering exceptional builds
n
At Bold Living, you'll manage a realistic portfolio of builds, supported by an experienced office team and structured systems.

What we're looking for:
n
Experience as a Supervisor of at least 2 years is a must
n
Must also have KDRB experience or Custom Builds
n
Any renovation experience would also be helpful for problem solving
n
Manage the construction process from site start through to completion
n
Coordinate trades and subcontractors
n
Manage programming,



scheduling and site progress
n
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality
n
Conduct quality inspections and ensure construction standards are met
n
Monitor site safety and compliance
n
Identify and resolve construction issues efficiently
n
Maintain robust relationships with trades and internal teams
n
Deliver projects on time and to company standards
n
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, or the ability to obtain one
n
