Trainer & Assessors – Vocational Education & Training (VET)

In this role, you will deliver engaging, compliant and student-focused training and assessment services while supporting positive learner outcomes across a range of vocational programs. Key responsibilities
n

Deliver inclusive, interactive and engaging training and assessment
n
Maintain accurate student and assessment records within required timeframes
n
Support students to achieve course progression and completion milestones
n
Contribute to effective versatile and solution-focused training strategies
n
Participate in validation and continuous improvement activities
n
Maintain trainer competency, industry currency and professional development requirements
n
Promote training programs and support student welfare outcomes
n




Ensure compliance with RTO standards, policies and legislative requirements
n
n
About you
n
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****) or equivalent
n
Current vocational qualifications relevant to training/industry areas
n
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the VET sector
n
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
n
Ability to work within compliance frameworks and meet reporting requirements
n
Sound computer skills
n
Current Driver Licence
n
Working With Children Check
n
Federal Police Check for Aged Care and Disability
n
More than 2 years' experience in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability Support
n
