Branch Manager – Towing & Roadside Department

Trio Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as the Branch Manager for our Towing & Roadside Department. This role suits someone eager to expand their skills across multiple operational areas while supporting the daily running of our Gladstone Depot. Key Responsibilities
n
Daily Operations — Administrative duties, driving and operating tow trucks and roadside assistance vehicles.
n
Safety and Compliance — Daily pre‐start checks, weekly morning meetings, and monthly depot audits.
n
Depot Operations Knowledge — Understanding all operational functions within the depot.
n
Customer Service — Assisting customers and local businesses with exceptional service.
n
Staff Management — Overseeing staff performance, communication, expectations, and daily workflow.
n
24/7 Rostering — Creating and managing rosters for a 24/7 operation, including coverage for weekends, nights, public holidays, and leave periods.
n




Team and KPI Support — Assisting with KPIs, training, development, and managing holiday workloads.
n
Stock Control — Monitoring battery and equipment stock, including rotation of damaged or outdated products.
n
Training Attendance — Attending business training sessions out of town.
n
WHS Support — Assisting WHS with all operational safety needs.
n
Administrative Coverage — Supporting administrative duties when required.
n

MR license or higher
