This key role requires a polished and highly motivated individual with an eye for detail and lots of confidence. This is an key positionthat provides valuable support to internal and external clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact for clients/carriers
n
Support sales team
n
Negotiate and source rates
n
Update and maintain Auto Rating function
n
Supply clients with quotations
n
Liaise with all departments
n




Ensure a high-level of customer service is obtained at all times

Requirements

2+ years experiencein the
Forwarding/LogisticsIndustry
n
Friendly and confident nature
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
