What you'll be doing
n

Conduct research,
environmentalscansand
analysis to strengthen
quality,complianceand
risk systems
n
Support the coordination of internal and external audits,
accreditationactivitiesand
assurance reviews
n
Maintain policies, procedures, templates and registers, ensuring accuracy and version control
n
Track and report on audit outcomes, non-conformances,
qualityindicatorsand
improvement actions
n
Develop
andmaintaindashboards
and reports to provide clear insights for leadership and teams
n
Monitor risk mitigation activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
n
n
What you will bring to our team:
n
You'rea proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and people to drive improvement.
n
You will have:
n
n
A qualification in quality, compliance, governance,



risk or a related field, or equivalent experience
n
Experience supporting quality assurance, compliance,auditor continuous improvement activities
n
Strong skills in managing data, reports, and documentation
n
Confidenceworking with different teams and building positive relationships
n
SolidMicrosoft Office skills, particularly Excel
n
n
It would be outstanding if you also have:
n
n
Experience in regulated environments such as aged care, community services,housingor disability
n
Exposure to accreditation or licensing processes
n
Experience building dashboards or working with reporting tools
n
n
