What you will learn:

The Fundamentals: Mastering doughs, batters, creams, and classic pastry techniques.
n
Precision Baking: Scaling ingredients accurately and understanding kitchen chemistry.
n
Artistic Design: Piping, plating, and decorating cakes and fine desserts.
n
Kitchen Operations: Food safety, hygiene standards, and commercial equipment operation.
n

you will be an eager and motivated individual with a passion for food and baking and eager to kick‐start your culinary career! You will have good communication skills, seek out opportunities to learn and show initiative in your everyday duties..

A genuine passion for pastry and baking.

A strong desire to learn and take constructive feedback.
n
Excellent punctuality and reliability for shifts.
n
Great teamwork skills and a positive, can‐do attitude.
n
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work in a fast‐paced environment.

Applicants must be avaiable to work weekends and public holidays if required.

In order to be eligible for an apprenticeship, you must be either an:

Australian Citizenship
n
Australian Permanent Residency
n
New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months.
