Job Description

NSW Trustee & Guardian is seeking a Senior Guardian in Wollongong to deliver guardianship services and advocate for people with reduced decision-making capacity. You will manage complex cases, make informed decisions within delegated authority, and collaborate with families, carers, health specialists, service providers and government agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

The role requires excellent advocacy, communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on sensitive individual support.
