Executive Assistant to CEO
8 Week Minimum Contract | Somerton | Manufacturing

An exciting chance is available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a well-established manufacturing business based in Somerton.

This is an 8 week minimum contract suited to an Executive Assistant who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting where priorities can shift quickly. Working closely with the CEO, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, helping to keep the CEO organised, prepared and focused on key business priorities.

The Role

You will act as a trusted point of contact for the CEO, managing the day-to-day running of their office and ensuring communication, meetings, documentation and follow-up are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities will include:
Managing the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
Acting as a professional and confidential point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Preparing and editing correspondence,



reports, presentations and briefing materials
Attending meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions and key deliverables
Managing the CEO’s inbox, calls and requests, prioritising matters and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Coordinating board and executive meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up
Ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings, events and key business engagements
Supporting business projects and initiatives as required
Handling sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and the efficiency of the CEO’s office
