Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Test Lead, Test Manager, QA Lead, Senior Test Analyst, or Test Practice Specialist.
Strong experience in test planning, test management, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Hands-on experience across SIT, System Testing, E2E, Regression, Functional Testing, and UAT.
Experience in UI Testing and Cross-Browser Testing.
Solid experience writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
Experience facilitating UAT and obtaining business sign-off.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively in a high-pressure workplace.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Experience working in complex enterprise technology or transformation programs is highly desirable.
