The Role

We are seeking skilled and motivated Panel Beaters to join our team across several of our workshops located throughout Metropolitan Sydney.

This is an excellent chance to work within a supportive, qualified environment and contribute to a company that values quality craftsmanship and teamwork.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Perform vehicle strip and rebuild work
Assess and carry out motor vehicle repairs, restorations, or customisation requests
Conduct general repair and rectification tasks
Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels following manufacturer and industry repair procedures
Repair dents using fillers, filing, grinding, and sanding to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition




Refit and align all parts accurately
Realign chassis and body frames
Perform work with fibreglass and other materials as required

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience as a Panel Beater (highly desirable)
Proven experience working on a range of vehicle makes and models (preferred)
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Reliable, motivated, and values-driven technician
Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach, with a willingness to adapt and learn

Salary

Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level.
