You will be responsible for:




Assisting residents with personal care including showering
Supporting residents with meals
Contributing to care planning with registered staff
Documenting care and services provided to residents
Engaging residents in meaningful activities
LI-DNI
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support (Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year experience in an Aged Care Facility
Sensitivity to and understanding of the aspirations and needs of frail older people
Ability to set and maintain high standards in the provision of quality care and support services
Ability to provide quality care and support to frail aged people
Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Providers.
