An established commercial fit out builder is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Sydney team.

The business delivers high-end commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from $500k to $10m, with a strong pipeline of upcoming work and an excellent base of repeat clients.

This is a great prospect for a Project Manager looking for long-term stability and genuine career progression within an established and experienced team.

The Role You will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion, including:
Managing projects ranging from $500k–$10m
Programme, budget and overall project delivery
Client and consultant management
Procurement and subcontractor management
Managing and supporting site teams
Financial management, forecasting and reporting
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

About You To be considered, you will ideally have:




Experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction or fit out
Experience delivering commercial office fit out/refurbishment projects
Strong commercial and financial management skills
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
A proven track record of delivering projects successfully
