Role Overview:

You will be out and about supporting people in their homes and helping them stay healthy, independent and connected to their community. From wound care and medication management to health education - you will make a real difference every single day.

What we are looking for:
Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration
Minimum of two years postgraduate nursing experience as a Registered Nurse
Have a current Victorian Driving Licence and comfortable navigating country roads
Organised, adaptable and confident working independently
Compassionate with a excellent sense of humour
Someone who enjoys building genuine connections with clients
Prepared to work weekends as required

Bonus points if you have:
Community or district nursing experience
Experience in Wound Management, CVAD's, Palliative care, Negative Pressure Wound Therapy, Stoma and Catheter care.
