The Opportunity

This is not just another Supervisor role.

You'll be leading major civil construction projects across earthworks, road construction, pavements and structures while working alongside an experienced project leadership team.



You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, lead crews and directly influence project success.

We're looking for a proven leader who can drive productivity, build high-performing teams and deliver exceptional project outcomes.

What You'll Bring
Minimum 5 years' experience supervising civil construction projects
Strong background in earthworks, roads, pavements and civil structures
Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget
Solid people leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical specifications
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
