Job Description
Improve HR processes, employment documentation and the overall delivery of people services
Provide leaders with clear guidance on employment obligations and workplace policies
Manage recruitment activities for business-critical roles across the organisation
Maintain accurate employee records, case files and compliance documentation
Oversee workplace injury matters and support recovery and return-to-work outcomes
Assist leaders to resolve performance, conduct and other employee-related concerns

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:
Experience in an HR Advisory, HR Generalist, Employee Relations or Recruitment role
Working knowledge of the Fair Work framework, modern awards and contemporary Australian employment practices
Experience coaching managers through performance, conduct and other employee relations matters
Strong organisational capability,



with the ability to balance case management, recruitment and HR administration
Confidence handling sensitive information and preparing accurate employment documentation
