We're looking for a Dealer Parts Support (Technical) to be the key contact for dealer technical and catalogue queries and provide exceptional support across the Parts Operations department. Working alongside the Dealer Parts Support Manager and other internal teams, you'll ensure timely,



accurate communication between dealers and the business - helping to maintain our reputation for quality service and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on, varied role offering autonomy, learning opportunities, and a chance to make a real difference across our aftersales network.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support the Dealer Parts Support Manager to build strong relationships with domestic, export, and inter-regional customers
n
Be the go-to contact for all technical and catalogue-related queries
n
Respond to phone and email enquiries from dealerships, ensuring part requirements are accurately identified and fulfilled
n
Work closely with internal departments and dealerships to support end customers and distributors
n
Monitor and analyse customer credit claims
n
Prioritise and respond to customer communications with professionalism and accuracy
n
Escalate service-related issues where necessary
n
Make dealer-related decisions with a high degree of autonomy
n
Support additional aftersales initiatives and teams as required
n
Update training materials and procedure manuals
n
Provide training to dealers and new staff members as needed
n
n
Experience Required
n
n
Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter in the automotive/heavy
machinery/agricultural
sector
n
Technical/mechanical
understanding,



with a strong interest in learning and continuous improvement
n
High-level interpersonal and customer service skills
n
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
n
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
n
Comfortable working independently and making decisions within your area of responsibility
n
Medium-level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general computer systems
n
Experience with dealership systems or parts cataloguing is a bonus
n
