City of Rockingham is seeking a Residential Design Officer to join the Building Services team in a flexible part-time role, 16 hours per week. The role involves assessing Development Applications for residential properties, providing specialist planning advice, and preparing reports to support Development Approvals or Refusals.
Solid knowledge of the Residential Design Codes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a recognised planning qualification are essential.
