The Role
n
We're looking for either a career paralegal who wants to develop their skills in workers compensation, motor accidents, industrial deafness, and TPD claims. You'll work closely with our Principal Solicitor and supportive team on a variety of meaningful cases.
n
Your Responsibilities Will Include
n
Assist with client enquiries and case management
n
Prepare and lodge forms, funding requests,



and documents with the Independent Review Office (IRO) and Personal Injury Commission (PIC)
n
Liaise with barristers, clients, medical professionals, insurers and solicitors
n
Drafting correspondence and legal documents using LEAP
n
Assisting with settlement conferences, hearings and file preparation
n
What We're Looking For
n
1+ years' experience in personal injury law (workers compensation, motor accidents or similar)
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
A team player who can also run with things independently
n
Comfortable with deadlines and file management
n
Tech savvy with Microsoft Office, Adobe and LEAP
n
Familiarity with the Personal Injury Commission (PIC), Independent Review Office (IRO), or NSW Online Registry is a bonus
n
Vietnamese language skills are a plus, but not essential
n
