We're currently seeking Head Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations.
Working in a busy village environment, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.
The Role
Lead a high-performing kitchen team in a bulk catering environment
Oversee meal production across breakfast, crib and dinner services
Manage food safety, HACCP and quality standards
Monitor kitchen budgets, food costs and operational performance
Develop and mentor team members
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
These are FIFO/BIBO roles from Brisbane on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days.
Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.
About You
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
