About the Role
We are currently looking for a Service Support Coordinator based in Melbourne.
In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service to Scientific Solutions customers through effective and efficient co-ordination of service jobs.
What You Will Deliver
Proactively monitor customer jobs, manage any delays, and enter all customer jobs into the CRM system efficiently and accurately
Order parts and despatch to customers/engineers as required
Work with service team to ensure Pre-Delivery Checks are completed to allow prompt despatch of equipment
Generate Service Quotes and provide accurate information for parts and job pricing
Liaise with internal stakeholders/ suppliers and customer's
Logging of jobs as per contractual obligations




Closing and invoicing of completed jobs in a timely manner
Management and allocation of reports such as – future PM Schedule / engineer stock reports
Efficient management of service calls and requests or queries from customers and staff.
What You Bring
High quality organisation and prioritisation skills
Ability to multitask & work autonomously
2+ years Customer Service and administrative skills
Proficient skills in Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
Ability to work in a face paced setting meeting customer and business expectations
A can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
