About the Role
Reporting to the Assets and Property Manager, the Assets Project Officer plays a vital role in the day-to-day administration and coordination of Anyinginyi Health's residential and business properties, asset management systems, contractor activities, housing coordination, and work order processes
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage asset and property-related projects and activities.
Administer residential and business property portfolios, including tenancy management and property inspections.
Manage work orders, contractor engagement, scheduling, tracking and reporting.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of asset management systems and workflows.
Maintain accurate asset records, reporting systems and databases.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure staff accommodation, property readiness and operational requirements are effectively managed.
Assist in delivering safe, compliant and well-maintained facilities across Tennant Creek and remote locations.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
Experience managing competing priorities and working independently.
Knowledge of property management processes, inspections, tenancy agreements and residential leasing practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
Understanding of Aboriginal culture and the ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal people and communities.
A current unrestricted NT Driver's Licence (or ability to obtain one) and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain one).
Experience working in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs).
Remote NT experience.
