We're all about helping our members make the most of their money.
And while they go after their goals, you can too.
As a Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist - Investment Data, you'll provide subject matter expertise across investment-related regulatory reporting and disclosure requirements.
You'll collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to support reporting solutions, validate and analyse investment data, respond to regulatory changes, and strengthen governance practices.
This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how regulatory reporting is delivered, improve operational effectiveness, and contribute to projects that support long-term compliance and business performance.
You'll also play a senior role within the team by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and helping build capability across the function.
This role is initially offered as a 12-month max-term contract or secondment chance, with the potential to become permanent.
We are open to either Brisbane or Sydney.

Day to day, you will:
Produce and review investment-related regulatory reporting with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external projects, including initiatives driven by regulatory change.
Analyse, validate, and interpret investment data to support reporting obligations and decision-making.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across regulatory reporting processes and controls.
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet current requirements while preparing for future regulatory expectations.
Support strong governance practices and contribute to effective risk management frameworks.
Mentor and support team members through knowledge sharing, cross-training, and collaboration.
Qualifications
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.
We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them.
It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
You hold a relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Your experience includes investment operations, investment projects, custody, or similar financial services environments.
You'll bring expertise in regulatory reporting, disclosure, or compliance reporting requirements.
You're highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, identify risks, and communicate insights effectively.
You have a strong understanding of governance, controls, and risk management frameworks.
Your knowledge of APRA, RG97, ESG reporting, or related regulatory obligations will be highly regarded.
You'll be confident managing multiple priorities and working effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
You're experienced with data analysis tools and may have exposure to SQL, VBA, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
