About the Role
n
As an Inside Sales Rep at United Rentals you will be a key customer contact at our branch located in Orange, with responsibility for quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for our Gen Rent equipment and services to meet customer needs.
n
What you'll do:
n
n
Establish recent hire and sales accounts by proactively responding to inbound customer calls and walk-ins
n
Process rental quotes, reservations and contracts
n
Generate leads for new business and communicate leads
n
Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business
n
n
Here's what we are looking for:

Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in retail sales and customer service
n
Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
n
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
n
