We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, located in Windaroo within the Logan Area. The salary for this position is A$90,000 to A$110,000 per year.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our workforce and aligning our HR practices with our overall business objectives. You will work closely with management and staff to foster a high-performance culture suited to the rapid-paced building contracting environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop, implement, and review human resources policies and procedures to support Cappah's operational needs.

Provide qualified advice and support to managers on recruitment, training,



and development initiatives.

Lead the development and implementation of key HR programs, employee engagement strategies, and performance management processes.

Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and industry standards across all HR operations.
n
Assist with day-to-day employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and staff retention strategies.
