Qualified Assistant Cert 3 & Trainee position

Byrneville House Childcare Centre is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Cert 3 Qualified Assistant & Trainee Assistant. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and engaging educational experiences for children aged 1 to 5 years old. This role is based in our Bundamba, QLD **** location.

What you'll be doing
n
Actively engaging with children through play-based learning activities that support their social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
n
Providing a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
n
Assisting with the planning and implementation of age-appropriate educational programs
n
Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required
n
Collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child
n
Continuously improving your skills and knowledge through ongoing professional development
n
What we're looking for
n
A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willing to study
n
A demonstrated passion for working with children and supporting their development
n




Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
A commitment to upholding high standards of care and following all relevant policies and procedures
n
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the ever-changing needs of the children in our care
n
A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
