Service Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Parental Leave Contract

One of our valued Service Coordinators is about to go on parental leave, so we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, qualified and self‐motivated Service Coordinator to fill in while she is away.
n
We are currently predicting that this role will be twelve (12) months, full time, but that may change depending on her needs and with a commencement date towards the end of September ****.
n
Reporting to our Service Support Centre Manager - ANZ, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating activities for our Field Service team, which serves clients across Australia.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Scheduling and coordinating service jobs
n
Answering customer enquiries and helping resolve issues
n
Processing service reports, invoices, and service agreements
n
Assisting with quotations and renewals
n
Supporting spare parts orders and general service admin
n
Working closely with the Service Support team to keep everything on track
n
n
About you
n
n
High level of attention to detail, process driven and established administration skills
n




Ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a specialised team
n
At least 2-3 years administration experience, preferably within a scheduling environment
n
Provide exceptional customer service, by answering customer calls and resolve issues in a timely & effective manner
n
Experience with ERP systems is beneficial
n
Ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines
n
Willingness to learn and develop their skills
n
The ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external customers
n
Energetic and motivated
n
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
n
