Advocate / CSC Representative
to join our team.
About the role
This is a national position supporting veterans through DVA claims and CSC matters. You will work directly with clients, many of whom carry service-related injury, trauma, or mental health conditions, requiring a trauma-informed,



plain-English approach. The role is 36 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, and you can work from home or from the Townsville or Perth offices.

Support veterans through DVA claims and CSC matters
Work directly with clients using a trauma-informed, plain-English approach
About you
Demonstrated experience with DVA claims
Experience with CSC matters
Robust written and verbal communication skills
A genuine commitment to supporting the veteran community
Ability to work independently in a national team
