This large, well-equipped facility features an expansive gymfloor, dedicated strength and functional training zones, a SuppsBar and café, retail offering, and on-site parking — all designedto impress members from the moment they walk through the doors.
We're seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Facility Manager to lead this exciting location. As the most senior leader on site, you will oversee the gym, retail, café and Supps Bar operations, driving performance, profitability, and a seamless member journey across the entire facility.
Leading a Club Manager and a Retail & Reception Manager, you'll inspire a high-performing team that delivers strong operations and a culture aligned with World Gym's values.
This role blends strategic oversight with hands‐on leadership. You'll take ownership of financial performance, operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement — while creating a destination where members love to train and teams love to work.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS;
Qualifications & Certifications
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness toobtain).
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in multi-department leadership,preferably in fitness, hospitality, retail, or serviceindustries.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to managebudgets, financial reporting, payroll oversight, andoperational planning.
Track record of building, leading, and developinghigh‐performing leadership teams.
Experience driving revenue growth, membership sales, retailperformance, or customer retention initiatives.
Ability to analyse performance data and implementstrategies that improve commercial and operationaloutcomes.
Sound understanding of WHS compliance and risk managementobligations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflictresolution skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to managecompeting priorities in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.




Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences andbuilding strong community engagement.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coach and develop a high‐performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration andservice excellence.
Oversee all day‐to‐day operations across the gym, retail,creche, group fitness and member services to ensure a seamlessmember experience.
Take ownership of the facility's financial performance,including budgeting, revenue growth, payroll oversight andexpense management.
Analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvementacross membership, retail and service delivery.
Champion initiatives that enhance the member journey,increase retention and strengthen community engagement.
Drive local marketing initiatives and oversee the club'ssocial media presence to grow brand awareness andengagement.
Ensure full compliance with WHS, childcare regulations andcompany policies, maintaining the highest safety andoperational standards.
