This established specialist law firm offers a collaborative setting where lawyers work closely across multiple practice areas and are supported to develop their expertise and build long-term careers.
The Role
Advise clients on wills, trusts, estate planning, business and personal succession strategies, including drafting complex testamentary trust wills and related estate planning documents.
Manage estate litigation and dispute resolution matters, including preparing legal documents, conducting research and liaising with barristers and experts where required.
Build and maintain client relationships through consultations, legal advice and the mentoring and supervision of junior team members.
About You
You will ideally have at least 5 years' post-admission experience, or demonstrated capability operating at a comparable level.
You will have experience or a strong interest in wills, estates, trusts, succession planning and estate disputes.
You will possess strong technical drafting, client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
