MAYDAY Recruitment Group is seeking a Claims Consultant for a hands-on, fast-paced motor insurance role in Brisbane. You will guide brokers, assist clients with documents, and drive the claims process from start to settlement in a team-oriented team environment.
The role requires end-to-end claims management experience and a background in motor insurance, with the comfort of handling ~250 claims. A broker-facing background is a bonus, and strong communication and empathy are essential.
