The Opportunity
This is a
coordination-focused role
supporting the delivery of sponsorships across a national events program.
Working closely with the Sponsorship Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring sponsor deliverables are executed smoothly — acting as the link between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate
end-to-end sponsorship deliverables
across events and campaigns
Act as a key
point of contact for sponsors
, managing queries and communications
Track and manage
contracts,



deliverables, and timelines
Maintain accurate records in
CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Support reporting, invoicing, and general coordination tasks
Work closely with internal teams across
events, marketing, and finance
About You
Experience in
events, coordination, or client-facing support roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator with a
professional and personable approach
High attention to detail, particularly across
deliverables and reporting
Exposure to
CRM systems
(Dynamics highly regarded)
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
