Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using UFT and Python.
Automate backlog regression test cases to improve regression efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Design reusable automation components and libraries.
Execute automated and manual test cases during sprint and release cycles.
Analyze execution results and troubleshoot automation failures.
Log, track, and validate defects through resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders.

Experience Requirements
4–8 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in UFT Automation.




Robust programming experience in Python.
Experience in creating and maintaining automation frameworks.
Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
UFT certification preferred.
Success Criteria
Independently automate regression test cases using UFT and Python.
Achieve automation coverage targets within project timelines.
Reduce manual regression effort through reusable automation components.
Deliver high-quality automation scripts with minimal maintenance effort.
