Gateflex is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team on a full-time basis in Caboolture, QLD. This role is fundamental to our operations, providing essential support across various tasks and projects. As a Labourer, you will be instrumental in ensuring our work sites run smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to the success of our business objectives.

What you'll be doing
n
Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of work sites to ensure they are safe and organised
n
Carrying out manual tasks including moving, loading and unloading materials and equipment
n
Supporting skilled tradespeople with their daily operations and project requirements
n
Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
n
Following all health and safety protocols and guidelines on site
n
Assisting with general site cleaning and tidying responsibilities
n
Responding promptly to supervisor instructions and contributing to team objectives
n
Reporting any hazards or safety concerns to management immediately
n
What we're looking for

Physical fitness and capability to undertake manual labour tasks
n
Willingness to learn and develop skills in the trades and services industry
n
Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to work consistently and punctually
n
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly

Awareness of health and safety practices in a workplace environment
n
Ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to team dynamics
n
Flexibility and adaptability to changing work priorities and tasks
n
Previous labouring experience is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate
n
Current driver's licence is advantageous
