Westpoint Autos IT Support Specialist - Automotive Industry (Titan DMS Focus) Location: Queensland Coast (On-site & Remote Support) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and support of our Titan DMS (Dealership Management System) across a network of 500 users located along the Queensland coast.

This role is hands-on and varied, combining day-to-day IT support with involvement in project implementation. You will provide both on-site and remote support , so flexibility and professionalism are key. A deep understanding and experience with Titan DMS is essential.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide timely, professional IT support for a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issues
n
Administer and maintain the Titan DMS system , including reporting, database maintenance, system configuration, pricing updates, operation codes, and manufacturer-specific settings
n
Deliver on-site and remote desktop, server, and network support
n
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, providing effective, long-term solutions
n
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backup procedures to ensure operational continuity
n
Accurately document all support activities and maintain a comprehensive incident log
n




Work collaboratively with the broader IT team to share knowledge and enhance service delivery
n
Train and assist end-users to improve their use and understanding of IT systems
n
Participate in IT projects and deployments as needed
n

We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within a fast-paced, dealership or automotive environment
n
Extensive experience with Titan DMS is required
n
Hands-on expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
n
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management
n
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, and router configuration
n
Experience deploying and managing Cisco Meraki networks is highly desirable
n
Demonstrated experience with the installation and configuration of HP and Sharp printers
n
Microsoft certifications (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator) are highly valued
n
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for end-user support and team collaboration
n
Relevant technical certifications will be highly regarded
n
Must hold a valid Australian driver's licence for site visits
n
