The Role
n
n
Proactively generate new residential property management business
n
Follow up and maximise incoming referrals
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective landlords
n
Conduct market appraisals
n
Assist with onboarding current properties
n
Maintain accurate records and follow up leads through to conversion
n
Work collaboratively with the wider Sales and Property Management teams
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is confident, reliable and genuinely driven to succeed.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Previous Residential BDM experience, although strong sales experience will also be considered
n
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
Strong sales and negotiation skills
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
n
A professional presentation
n
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
n
Confidence to proactively prospect and generate new business
n
A genuine desire to develop your career
n
The ability to fit into and contribute to a fun, positive team culture
