In this role you will provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organisations desktop computing environment.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Assist the Systems Administrators and IT Manager with desktops, servers, and infrastructure maintenance.
n
Supporting users with Windows 10, and desktop applications issues and requests
n
Troubleshooting Windows OS in an efficient and professional manner
n
Ensuring all service requests are resolved within defined service levels and according to their priority
n
Responsible for basic Systems Administration and Network Support requests
n
Adhering to IT afterhours rostering schedules
n
Supporting and troubleshooting Mobile Devices
n
Assisting with security tasks/audits
n
Leading revamps of support processes to improve the standards and quality of service
n
Mentoring new support Engineers and providing guidance on cross-regional tasks / projects
n
Additional tasks as required

Knowledge and Experience Required:
n
n
Demonstrated experience supporting Windows 10 operating systems in complex and business critical environments
n
Experience in creating and deploying images to Windows desktops and laptops
n
Experience in working in Microsoft Servers ********* and Active Directory environment
n
Basic networking knowledge
n
Basic Office 365 administration knowledge
n
Exposure to cloud computing is advantageous
n
Ability to communicate clearly, to provide clear direction both in writing and verbally
n
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), high level of professionalism and maturity and the ability to manage stressful situations
n
Passionate about new technologies and show willingness to learn
n
2 + years' experience in a system/helpdesk support environment.
n

Salary : $90K - $95K + Super
