The Role
n
As aPersonal Care Workeryou'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.
n
The key focus of the role will be to:
n
To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
n
Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
n
Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
n

n
Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.
n
To be successful, you will have
n
Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
n
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
n




Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
