We're excited to welcome a Speech Pathologist (Advanced) to our Speech Pathology team.
n
Deliver advanced Speech Pathology clinical services and clinical leadership to
stakeholders/customers
of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service and Queensland Health, across a multidisciplinary team and at the service level.
n
Key Responsibilities include:
n
n
Demonstrated ability to deliver an advanced level of clinical skill in one or more areas of a complex nature with the ability to independently apply specialist and novel judgement to meet the needs of patients across the continuum of care.
n
Provide high-level clinical support and advice to staff within the multidisciplinary team with the management and problem solving regarding clinically complex patients.
n
Possess advanced clinical leadership abilities and facilitates the integration of services across specialties within a clinical area to coordinate the delivery of effective Speech Pathology services across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
