What You Will Be Doing

Working closely with our Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the store.
n
You will have the opportunity to:

Lead from the front and inspire a passionate retail team
n
Drive sales, KPIs and an outstanding customer experience
n
Coach and develop team members and future leaders
n
Take ownership of key areas of store performance
n
Partner with the Store Manager to achieve commercial and operational goals

Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock and store presentation
n
Step up and take charge of the store when required
n
Bring your ideas, energy and leadership to a quick-paced retail environment.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, people-focused and ready to make their mark.

You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience in Assistant Store Management, Department Management or senior retail leadership
n
Experience in big-box, specialty or high-volume retail
n
A proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
n
Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
A hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership
n
Energy, initiative and a genuine passion for retail
n
A desire to continue growing your career.
