Change & Communications Manager – Communications Focus 80%

Highly visible multiyear data transformation program
n
12 month Daily Rate Contract

$900-$950 + Super p/d

The Role:
n
n
Develop the communication strategy and distribute communication materials to support the programs change implementation, delivery, and overall program progress
n
Lead the development and delivery of the program communications and marketing plan, ensuring messaging is clear, coordinated, and aligned to program priorities and business outcomes
n
Establish and manage ongoing communication touchpoints, forums, and engagement channels to support regular, change-led discussions with stakeholders across the program.
n
Ensure communications and presentations clearly explain what change means for impacted stakeholders, including expected impacts, benefits, timing, and required actions.
n
Create learning and educational resources as needed according to the change plan.
n




Assist the Change Lead in organising and conducting regular program updates for key stakeholders
n
Senior stakeholder engagement – high visibility program
n

Skills & Experience:
n
n
Must have: Change Management & Communications experience working on a large scale, Data / Technology transformation program
n
Experience in delivering effective communications and marketing activities
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
A 'can' do attitude, somebody who is able to roll up their sleeves, think on their feet and thrives in a busy program workplace with multiple stakeholders
n
Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (Prosci®, ADKAR, Agile)
n
