Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain payroll systems, employee records, and payroll master data.
Process new hires, terminations, payroll adjustments, bonuses, and commissions.
Maintain and update payroll records, always ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Interpret and apply enterprise agreements,



awards, and employment contracts
Manage payroll queries and provide timely support to staff and stakeholders
Reconcile payroll reports, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
Support payroll compliance with Australian taxation, superannuation, and reporting obligations
Assist with payroll audits, reporting, and year-end processes
Ideal candidate
Experience with end-to-end payroll
High level of attention to detail
Robust verbal and written communication skills
A team-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
Experience working in high volume environment
