With a growing pipeline of work and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of projects throughout Adelaide.
Your new role As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations across a mix of residential developments and commercial fit-out projects. Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors on site
Managing project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved
Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance
Conducting site inspections and resolving construction issues as they arise
Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to senior management




Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to specification
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction, commercial fit-out projects, or both
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building regulations, and safety requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project momentum
White Card and relevant construction qualifications
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to site management
