n Our Community Support Workers support our participants with social, community & recreational participation, in-home support & daily living activities, specialised transport & domestic support.
n This is the role for you if you have:
n
An interest in supporting people with disabilities explore their capabilities and reach their potential.
n
At least has an experience in handling clients withcomplex behaviours and personal care.
n
The desire to share your interests and passions with others.
n
The ability to manage your own time and work autonomously.
n
A love for a constantly changing work setting.
n
NDIS experience highly regarded but not essential.
n
Qualifications in Disability and or Mental Health highly regarded.
n
You will be required to:
n
Perform all duties with professionalism & care.
n




Work under general guidance from the person seeking support/their family.
n
Work within clearly defined guidelines
n
Be responsible for managing your own time.
n
Be able to work with limited supervision.
n
Perform activities requiring the exercise of sound judgment, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity.
n
Support our clients with daily personalcare.
n
Support our clients with community access.
n
What we need from you:
n
An interest in supporting people with disabilities explore their capabilities and reach their potential.
n
Experience supporting participants with challenging and complex behaviours preferred.
n
Experience providing personal care is a plus.
n
A current Blue Card
n
A current First Aid Certificate
n
A current CPR Certificate
n
A Driver's License and a Comprehensive Car Insurance
n
24-hour roster coverage across the week.
n
Preferred location: Living near Pallara to allow timely travel to clients.
