Job Description
AVAC Services is seeking an Advocate/CSC Representative to support veterans through DVA claims and CSC matters. The role is national, with 36 hours per week (Tue–Fri), and can be done from home or from the Townsville or Perth offices.

You will work with veterans who may have trauma-related needs, using transparent, plain-English communication to achieve outcomes. The position requires experience with DVA claims, CSC matters, strong written and verbal communication, and a genuine commitment to serving
